TATIANA YUKI SAID: "I’m tired of hearing that I’m sunburnt."

It took me so long to be empowered as a black woman and when I affirm myself as black to other people, they say that I’m sunburnt, that I’m light-skinned, morena, etc … anything but black.  This leaves me irritated and frustrated at the same time.
