I’m tired of having to prove in entrepreneurial trade shows, meetings of businesswomen that yes, despite the color of my skin, despite not having gone to college, I’m a businesswoman and, despite big difficulties, I’m a successful businesswoman that lives off of my business and succeeds in employing other people. I’m a businesswoman that works with a product that many others never paid attention to, or thought that to make products that valorize Afro-Brazilian culture wouldn’t be profitable. I’m the proof that with a lot of guts, will, and stamina, anything is possible.
